"Packaging seemed okay to me"
The bottle arrived sealed and there weren’t any leaks, so that was good. The box was a little dented, though—I guess it wasn’t a big deal, but I did wonder for a second if the bottle might be damaged. Overall, the packaging seemed decent.

My clothes have been coming out feeling really soft after each wash, and I haven’t noticed any roughness or fading so far. I don’t have anything super technical to say, but my gut says this is working well for my laundry. Happy with it

"Works well for everyday laundry"
I’ve been using Purex for our regular laundry, and it’s been solid. Clothes, towels, socks, and my kids’ school stuff come out clean and smelling fresh enough, even when they’re a bit grimy.
Some tougher stains still need a little pre-treating or maybe another wash, so it’s not perfect. But for the price and normal everyday loads, I think it does a good job

"Customer service was okay"
I had to reach out to purex about an issue with my order. It took a couple of days to hear back, and the response felt a little generic at first. To be fair, they did end up fixing the problem, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, it was fine, just not the fastest or most personal customer service experience.

"Good selection for laundry stuff"
They had a good range of laundry products and I was able to find what I needed without wandering around forever, which was nice because I just wanted to grab it and go, though I do wish they had a few more scent options to choose from.

"Pretty worth it"
Price is good and it gets my clothes clean enough, so I’m happy with it. I usually grab the big bottle and it lasts me a good while. No real complaints here.

"Site felt harder to use than it needed to"
I was just trying to look up a detergent I’d bought before, so I don’t feel like I was asking too much from the site. But it was kind of clunky to get around. Some pages loaded a little slow, and the menus weren’t very obvious, at least not to me. I did eventually find the info I needed, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took more clicks than it really should have. Maybe I’m picky, but I feel like a basic product lookup should be easier

"I’ve been using Purex for a few..."
I’ve been using Purex for a few months now, i’ve been happy with it. The scent lasts way longer than I expected, even on stuff like towels and hoodies that end up sitting in the closet for a bit.
It’s not overpowering or the kind of smell that gives you a headache, which is definitely avoidable with some detergents. It just leaves clothes smelling clean for days, and for the price, I really don’t have any complaints. Easy 5 stars from me

"It seemed to work fine at first..."
It seemed to work fine at first, but my skin got kind of itchy after using it. I’m not saying it’s definitely the product, but it does feel like my skin reacted to something in it.

"Am I the only one who thinks the..."
Am I the only one who thinks the scent is just too much? The detergent cleaned my clothes fine, but the perfume smell was really heavy and stuck around for days. I kept noticing it every time I wore something I’d washed with it. Definitely not for me, and I don’t think I’ll be buying it again

My laundry definitely comes out smelling nice and fresh, so no complaints there. I just wish the scent lasted a bit longer after everything’s put away. Still good overall.

"Stains came out, but the info wasn’t clear"
It got the spaghetti stains out on the first wash, which was great. I just wish the instructions or product details had been a little clearer because I was kind of annoyed trying to figure out exactly how much to use.

"My whites are actually looking nicer"
I’ve been using Purex for a few weeks now and yeah, my towels and white shirts definitely look a bit brighter. It’s not like every stain just disappears or anything, but for the price it does a solid job. Also smells clean without being too much, which I like.
